How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How fast will my order be processed?

We process all orders placed before 2 PM IST, Monday to Friday, within one business day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM IST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across India and also to select international destinations including the USA and several countries in Europe. If you are outside these areas and wish to order, please email us at glownest@123.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM IST, excluding public holidays), and we will do our best to assist you. Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Our delivery partners—India Post, Delhivery, or FedEx—will also send you dispatch notifications via SMS or email. If you haven’t received these, please email us at glownest@123.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM IST, excluding public holidays) with your order reference number, which you’ll find in your order confirmation email.

How can I track my shipment once it’s dispatched?

Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email to monitor your shipment:

  • For standard deliveries, track via India Post or Delhivery websites.

  • For express shipments, track via FedEx or DHL.

What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

Our shipments are delivered by India Post, Delhivery, or FedEx.

  • India Post & Delhivery: If you are not available, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions. You can:

    • Collect the parcel from the nearest post office or depot (bring valid ID).

    • Reschedule delivery by following instructions on the calling card.

If no action is taken within 10 business days, the parcel will be returned to Glownest. We will then contact you to rearrange delivery.

  • FedEx: They will contact you to reschedule delivery if you are unavailable.

How do I change the shipping address?

Please email us within one hour of placing your order at glownest@123.com (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM IST, excluding public holidays) to update your shipping address.
