Welcome to Glownest — an independent fashion brand created by a small team of passionate creatives based in London.

Founded in 2017 by Saydali, Glownest was born out of the frustration of not being able to find well-crafted, hard-working wardrobe staples that didn’t break the bank.

As a digitally focused, direct-to-consumer brand, we produce all our styles in strictly limited quantities. This allows us to release fresh collections every month — without overproducing or contributing to unnecessary waste.

Meet Anaya – Founder of Rasika

Anaya moved from Mumbai to Delhi at the age of twelve to pursue her dream of becoming a classical Bharatanatyam dancer. It was during these years of rigorous practice and long hours in the studio that she developed the discipline and resilience that would later fuel her entrepreneurial journey.

Inspired by her deep love for the arts and culture, Anaya named her fashion label Rasika — a Sanskrit word that means "a connoisseur of beauty, art, and aesthetics."

In her early twenties, Anaya immersed herself in the world of luxury fashion, working in sales and marketing in Delhi, followed by a move to Jaipur and later Bengaluru, where she led design and product development for a textile house. At the same time, she co-founded Pothi & Co., an online direct-to-consumer marketplace celebrating artisanal home décor and vintage finds, with two of her closest friends.
